How does the match day check-in work?

Each team gets a permanent QR code. On match day, players scan the code at the ground on their phone. The app verifies their GPS location is within the set radius of the venue and records their check-in time. Managers set a deadline — players arriving before it are marked on time, after it are marked late, and those who never scan are marked absent.

Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free and includes one team with up to 25 players, match day QR check-in, player availability calendar, and basic reports. Upgrade to Club or Association plans as your organisation grows.

Can I manage multiple sports and teams?

Absolutely. Sportosy is built for multi-sport clubs. A Club Director can enrol their club in multiple sports, assign a manager to each sport, and each manager can create and manage multiple teams within their sport.

Players have a personal availability calendar on their dashboard. They can mark weekends or date ranges as unavailable with a single tap. Managers see a squad overview calendar showing who is available, away, or hasn't responded for each upcoming match — no forms, no approvals needed.

Can I import historical player statistics?

Yes. Managers can upload historical stats via CSV or Excel — covering players from before the app existed. These records can be linked to registered players for combined career stats, or remain as standalone all-time records for the team.
