1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sportosy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Sportosy Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Sportosy is a sports club and team management platform that provides tools for team organisation, player management, match day operations, attendance tracking, and reporting. The Service is provided as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product accessible via web browsers.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

The Service supports multiple user roles including Club Director, Club Manager, and Player. Each role has specific permissions and responsibilities:

• Club Directors are responsible for the accuracy of club information and for managing access within their organisation
• Club Managers are responsible for their club's teams, matches, and player roster
• Players are responsible for maintaining their own profile information and availability

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass GPS verification or location checks
• Upload false or misleading information, including fraudulent check-ins
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Access data belonging to other clubs or organisations without authorisation
• Use the Service to harass or bully other users

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service, including player information, match data, and historical statistics. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content, including personal information of other individuals (e.g., player profiles). You must have appropriate consent from individuals whose data you upload.

7. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
